Our Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide and offer free economy delivery on all orders.

How long will my order take?

Your order goes through two stages: processing and delivery.

• Processing time: 3–5 business days. This is the time needed to verify your order, quality-check your items, and prepare them for dispatch.
• Delivery time: 14–45 business days depending on your location. Economy delivery is our standard service on all orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email within 1–2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. We're unable to ship to South Sudan or Crimea. P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) cannot be accommodated.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

Customs policies vary by country. Where import duties apply, these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. If you're unsure whether duties apply, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Can I get faster delivery?

We currently offer economy shipping as standard. If faster delivery is important, please contact us at info@modernlightingstudio.com and we'll advise on options where available.

What if my order is delayed?

Most orders arrive within the estimated window. Occasionally, delays can occur due to international logistics or high order volumes. If your order hasn't arrived within 45 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll investigate straight away.
