14-Day Damaged or Faulty Product Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you're covered by our 14-day guarantee. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

What we'll need from you:

• Your order number and the item name
• A photo or short video clearly showing the problem
• A photo of the outer packaging and shipping label

We'll review your claim and come back to you promptly. Where approved, we'll arrange a replacement part or a partial refund — whichever resolves the issue most effectively. Please don't return items without contacting us first, as unrequested returns cannot be processed.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Not quite right for your space? If you're not fully satisfied and the item is still in brand-new, unused condition, you have up to 60 days from delivery to request a return. We'll issue a partial refund covering the cost of the item minus the original shipping fees. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. All original accessories and packaging must be included.
