Our Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel or change your order? Here's what you need to know.
Before Your Order is Dispatched
You can cancel any order free of charge before it has been dispatched.
If your order is unpaid
Log into your account, go to My Orders, select the order and click Delete this order to cancel it yourself.
If your order has been paid
- Within 24 hours of payment: Email us at info@modernlightingstudio.com with your order number and we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.
- More than 24 hours after payment: We can still cancel before dispatch, but a partial refund will apply. You'll receive the full original shipping cost plus 60% of the product price. The deduction covers restocking and processing costs.
After Your Order Has Been Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the item when it arrives, please follow our Returns & Refund Policy.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, our guarantees apply regardless of the cancellation timeline. See our Guarantees page for full details.
