Our Refund Policy

We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns

You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, email info@modernlightingstudio.com with your order number and reason for return. Please don't send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.

Depending on your location, we may provide a return shipping label. If we don't, the cost of return postage is your responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Check your order carefully when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can put it right. See our Guarantees page for full details on how faulty item claims are handled.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase once approved and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Items that have been used, altered, or are not in original condition

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
